What is a session like?

Sessions are a blend of conversation, guided energetic awareness practices, and gentle reflection. We work in the present moment — noticing what your body, emotions, and energy are communicating. You’ll learn how to tune inward, listen deeply, and reconnect with your inner guidance.

Do I need to have experience with energy work or meditation?

No experience is required.
You may already feel sensitive and intuitive, or you may feel numb and disconnected — both are welcome. We start exactly where you are, at your pace, with no pressure to perform or “get it right.”

Is this therapy?

No. I am not a therapist, and this is not a replacement for mental health care. This work is complementary: we focus on energetic literacy, nervous system awareness, and spiritual connection. If therapy is needed, I will always encourage and support a collaborative approach.

What results can I expect?

This work is not about quick fixes.
Over time, clients often experience:
